Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UnleashPets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them. If you need additional help, reach out to us at support@unleashpets.com.
