RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At UnleashPets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unleashpets.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a return or refund.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll exchange it at no cost to you.
